The Lancaster Luminaire project is located on Lang pavement - 1152 Lang street is the route the artery connecting the western lane to the center and important administrative, cultural and economic zones of the city. The project has 25 floors, 3 basements and 2 technical floors with a construction density of 53.4% on a land area of 6046 m2. The project is built with LEED green standards. LEED (Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design) is a green building certificate issued by the US Green Building Council, established in 1995 in the United States. This is an international standard pioneering the construction of energy-saving buildings and protecting human habitats.
