The Starlake project was formed with the capital contribution of 5 Korean construction companies: Daewoo E&C, Dong IL Highvill,  Kolom Engineering & Construction,  Deawom and Keangnam Enterprises. According to the official announcement, the total investment capital is more than 1.3 billion USD.

 The land K5, K7 Starlake is located in phase 2 of the Starlake urban area.

Ecoba Vietnam is the main contractor for Area K5 - K7 of the project.
