The CT1 Vinh Hung commercial housing project for resettlement is a BT built project. The project was built on an area of  3412 m2, with a construction density of 45%. Type of housing Commercial housing for resettlement is a new model of Hanoi  City. Accordingly, the Hanoi People’s Committee proposed the Prime Minister to allow the mechanism to be implemented order to build houses for resettlement to serve the site clearance work instead of investing in building houses settled by budget capital. In this form, resettlement houses will have the same quality as commercial houses.
