In September 2019, Ecoba Vietnam's Safety Department held a Periodical Workshop on "Electrical Safety & Environmental Hygiene". The meeting was attended by the QHSE committee and all Team Leaders, Safety Supervisor of all projects of Ecoba Vietnam.

The meeting was the start of a campaign to review, train and handle the shortcomings on electrical safety issues for all employees of Ecoba Vietnam in construction and office areas.

In fact, the workers directly face the risks of electric shocks when regularly handling portable electrical equipment, using electrical cabinets and power lines. The accidents can result from their own subjectivity or objective causes such as rainy weather, equipment life, although the current Ecoba Vietnam sites are still adhering to the principles of safety. Therefore, every employee needs to be a master of electricity safety knowledge to disseminate and control all possible risks when implementing the projects.

With the organization of periodic Training and Safety Control Schemes, Ecoba has shown its determination to put safety first on the project management criteria. This activity will be further extended to Ecoba Vietnam managers and staff in the near future.
