In the morning of July 30, 2019, Ecoba held the groundbreaking ceremony of Building L2, L3 - PK4, Vinhomes Ocean Park project in Trau Quy Town, Gia Lam District, Hanoi City. This was a package of Gia Lam Urban Area - Vinhomes Ocean Park project, performed by Gia Lam Urban Development and Investment Co., Ltd as the Employer, in which Ecoba acted as General Contractor for Construction of Raw Tunnel Foundation – Sub-Zone 4 & construction of tunnel foundation, rough body and basic completion of two buildings L2 & L3

Vincity Ocean Park is planned with a total area of ​​420ha with the desire to become a modern and busy nuclear urban area with full of system of high-class utilities and synchronous planning. This is also the urban area with the largest greenery and water park landscape (62ha) with a water surface area of about 55ha, of which 6.1ha is a saltwater lake.

Recently, Ecoba has also implemented the project of Vinhomes Megamall Shopping Center located in the Vinhomes urban area. Therefore, the construction of L2 & L3 - PK4 Building has shown high trust from the Employer for Ecoba. It is believed that with the combination of Employer’s prestige and Ecoba's construction capacity, the project will bring the perfect experiences to customers in the future.
