GROUNDBREAKING CEREMONY FOR LUMI HANOI PROJECT

Ecoba Vietnam has been selected by Capitaland to undertake the construction package for the basement structure of the Lumi Hanoi project, comprising clusters 1 and 2. This package is scheduled for completion within nine months. The groundbreaking ceremony took place on March 28, 2024, with the attendance of the investor and partner contractors who will be collaborating with Ecoba on this project.

Developed by CapitaLand Development, a leading real estate developer in Asia, Lumi Hanoi is a high-end residential project strategically located with stunning panoramic views of a 5-hectare park. The project features modern and luxurious architecture, offering residents a sophisticated and comfortable living experience.

Lumi Hanoi comprises approximately 3,950 apartments distributed across nine towers, ranging from 29 to 35 stories.
