1. Hoang Huy Commerce Project

The Hoang Huy Commerce Project is a mixed-use development comprising a commercial center and high-rise apartments. Located in Hai Phong City, the project is situated at the intersection of Vo Nguyen Giap and Thien Loi streets.

Currently, the project is in its final stages of construction. With over a decade of experience in high-rise and basement construction, Ecoba Vietnam remains committed to delivering the project on schedule and with exceptional quality.

2. An Lac Green Symphony

An Lac Green Symphony is a comprehensive urban development project spanning 67 hectares, aimed at expanding Hanoi's city limits. Ecoba Vietnam is the General Contractor for the design and construction of Building C1-CT within the Van Canh An Lac urban area.

In addition, the Moonlight 1 luxury apartment complex within the An Lac Green Symphony development is also progressing steadily. Ecoba Vietnam, in collaboration with the investor, is working diligently to complete construction and deliver the project on schedule.

3. VOV Me Tri

The VOV Me Tri project is a significant development aligned with the Hanoi Capital Master Plan, contributing to the city's sustainable urban growth.

Located in Me Tri Ward, Nam Tu Liem District, the tower occupies approximately 6.69 hectares of land. Its construction is a crucial step towards enhancing the area's infrastructure and promoting harmonious urban development.

4. Kim Chung Di Trach Project

The Kim Chung Di Trach Project is a meticulously planned urban development designed to meet the highest standards of quality, environmental friendliness, and modern infrastructure. The project boasts a total investment of up to VND 26 trillion, with Vietracimex Construction Trading Joint Stock Corporation as the investor. Ecoba Vietnam serves as the main contractor for the project.

5. LG Display Project

LG Display Hai Phong is a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility for high-tech display products, specializing in OLED screens for mobile devices. This significant project, with a registered investment capital of up to USD 1.5 billion, is LG Display's second-largest investment in Vietnam.

6. LG Innotek Project

LG Innotek is a renowned global leader in the production of camera image sensors (modules). The LG Innotek factory in Hai Phong, with a planned investment of USD 1 billion, is set to become one of the largest foreign-invested projects in the city.

7. Nitori Project

Nitori Vietnam Wooden Furniture Factory is a wholly foreign-owned enterprise established by Nitori Corporation Japan. Located in Son Loi Industrial Park, Binh Xuyen District, Vinh Phuc Province, the factory operates on a vast area of 17 hectares and employs over 5,000 workers. Nitori Vietnam primarily manufactures office and home furniture for export markets.
