On June 9, 2023, a topping-out ceremony was held for the VOV Me Tri Tower in Me Tri Ward, Nam Tu Liem District, Hanoi.

After an intensive construction period, the VOV Me Tri Plaza tower has reached its highest point, ensuring timely delivery to customers. The ceremony was attended by representatives from the authorized government agency - Vietnam Voice (VOV), the investor - CityLand Real Estate Investment Company, the main contractor - Ecoba Vietnam Joint Stock Company, as well as partners, supervisors, suppliers, and subcontractors.

The VOV Me Tri Plaza project aims to concretize the Hanoi Capital Master Plan to 2030 and vision to 2050 approved by the Prime Minister. The project also aims to build and connect the common technical infrastructure system in the area to ensure synchronous and sustainable urban development. Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Vo Tien Dat, General Director of Ecoba Vietnam Joint Stock Company, committed to delivering the project with the highest quality standards and on schedule.
