On March 27, 2023, Hoang Huy Finance Group, along with the main contractor Ecoba and the supervising consultant Coninco 3C, held a topping-out ceremony for the Hoang Huy Commerce mixed-use development in Le Chan District, Hai Phong City.

After a period of intensive construction, the Hoang Huy Commerce project has successfully reached its highest point, ensuring timely handover to customers in the fourth quarter of 2023. The ceremony was attended by representatives of the investor - Hoang Huy Finance Group, the general contractor - Ecoba Vietnam Joint Stock Company, as well as partners, supervisors, suppliers, subcontractors, and valued residents.

Hoang Huy Commerce is a mixed-use development comprising a shopping mall and high-end apartments located in Le Chan District, Hai Phong City. Inspired by the image of a sunflower reaching for the morning dew, the project harmonizes with the natural beauty of the coastal city.

Designed by world-renowned architects Humphreys & Partners Architects (USA), Phase 1 of the project commenced construction in May 2021. The development features three interconnected towers, each standing 35 stories tall (excluding the refuge floor), including three levels of a shopping mall and three basement levels. Strategically situated at the intersection of Vo Nguyen Giap and Thien Loi streets in Hai Phong.

The topping-out ceremony on March 27, 2023, is a testament to the professionalism and capabilities of Ecoba Vietnam. It also reaffirms the commitment to the project's timeline, ensuring that the construction meets the highest standards of quality, engineering, and aesthetics, while prioritizing absolute safety. The project is on track for completion by the anniversary of Hai Phong's liberation on May 13, 2023.
