The implementation program is divided into several phases. After the kickoff in November 2022, the program is currently in Phase 3: Research & Development and implementation of the construction management framework using specific checklists for on-site positions. 

This phase focuses on communicating the scope of responsibilities for each position to the on-site team while simultaneously enhancing the quality of a portion of the management framework.

At the end of each phase, a review meeting is held to summarize the implementation, gather lessons learned, and plan for the next phase. With the strong support of the Board of Directors and the proactive learning of the engineering team, this implementation will serve as a solid foundation for Ecoba to achieve international standards and enhance its professionalism.
