1. Hoang Huy Commerce Project

The Hoang Huy Commerce project is a high-end commercial and residential complex featuring three high-rise towers strategically located at the intersection of Vo Nguyen Giap and Thien Loi streets in Hai Phong City. Currently, construction has reached the 5th floor slab. With over 10 years of experience in high-rise and basement construction, Ecoba Vietnam is committed to delivering this project on schedule and with the highest quality standards.

2. Lotte Mall Hanoi - Zone B (Basement and Structure Construction)

Boasting a prime location at the convergence of major western thoroughfares, Lotte Mall Hanoi serves as a vital artery for the city. The project offers breathtaking panoramic views of West Lake, the Red River, and the Ciputra Hanoi urban area. As the main contractor for Lotte Mall Hanoi, Ecoba is currently focusing on the structural phase, ensuring the project remains on track.

3. An Lac Green Symphony

Spanning 67 hectares, An Lac Green Symphony is a large-scale urban development project aimed at expanding Hanoi. Ecoba Vietnam serves as the General Contractor for the design and construction of the C1-CT building within the Van Canh An Lac urban area. In 2021, the project successfully completed the bored pile testing and mass pile construction for the C1-CT high-rise residential building, exceeding both internal and investor-set deadlines. This remarkable achievement has fueled our commitment to the ongoing basement construction phase, emphasizing quality and safety.

4. Hoàng Huy Grand Tower

The Hoàng Huy Grand Tower is a 37-story mixed-use development spanning 1.2 hectares. This nearly 1.5 trillion VND project features 821 high-end apartments and 16 townhouses. Currently, the project is in its structural phase, and is expected to be completed on schedule.

5. Lotte Mall Hanoi Aquarium

Ecoba Vietnam is responsible for constructing the Ocean Museum as part of the Lotte World Aquarium project in Hanoi. Located in the basement levels of Lotte Mall Hanoi, the aquarium will feature a diverse collection of marine life. With continuous efforts, Ecoba Vietnam is nearing the completion of this project.

7. K7 Star Lake

Developed by a consortium of five South Korean construction companies, led by Daewoo, the Star Lake project is a prime example of sustainable green architecture. Situated in the Tây Hồ Tây urban area, Hanoi, the project offers a serene living environment with ample green spaces.

8. VOV Me Tri

VOV Me Tri is a significant project contributing to the realization of the Hanoi Capital Master Plan, approved by the Prime Minister, which outlines the city's development goals until 2030 and beyond.

Situated in Me Tri ward, Nam Tu Liem district, the tower occupies approximately 6.69 hectares of land. Its construction is a crucial step towards fostering a harmonious and sustainable urban development in Hanoi.

9. LG Display Project

The LG Display project stands as one of the most substantial investments in Hai Phong to date, spearheaded by LG Displays (Korea). This project involves the establishment of a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility for high-tech display products, spanning over 40 hectares within the second phase of the Trang Due Industrial Park.

Ecoba Vietnam takes on the pivotal role of the main contractor for this project.

10. Tien Bo Plaza Project

Tien Bo Plaza is a prestigious mixed-use development comprising a 5-star hotel, serviced apartments, offices, and a commercial center. This upscale destination aims to redefine the tourism landscape in Hanoi's historic and bustling inner city. Ecoba Vietnam is entrusted with the critical task of constructing the project's underground infrastructure.

11. Golden Land 5 Hai Phong

Golden Land 5 is a redevelopment project aimed at revitalizing outdated and dilapidated apartment buildings in the heart of Hai Phong city. The project encompasses the renovation of two apartment buildings, HH1 and HH2, located adjacent to HH3 and HH4, which are already home to hundreds of residents. Given the densely populated area, Ecoba Vietnam collaborates with the investor to employ advanced construction techniques that expedite progress while ensuring stringent safety measures and environmental compliance.

12. Urban Area in the South of Bac Giang City

The southern urban area of Bac Giang city is poised to become a new economic and political hub. This development is supported by the relocation of numerous administrative and economic entities, including the city People's Committee, Bac Giang Provincial Sports Stadium, Political School, BigC, and a commercial center.
