On November 11, 2022, the Engineering and Quality Department held a kickoff meeting to introduce the new project management framework at the VOV Me Tri project site. The event was attended by the General Director, our strategic partner Haseko, project directors, and project managers.

The purpose of the kickoff meeting was to establish standards and procedures for effective project management, fostering a professional and systematic work environment and enhancing the skills of all project personnel. The meeting covered various aspects of project management, including:

• Defining project objectives
• Setting short-term schedules
• Establishing daily work routines
• Implementing TBM (Tunnel Boring Machine) operations
• Conducting site patrols

Additionally, the meeting emphasized effective communication and control of project activities. The project management framework, which has been successfully applied in many advanced countries, was introduced and shared by our strategic partner, Haseko, who has been using this framework for many years.
