On September 20, 2022, the topping-off ceremony for Tower A of the Lotte Mall Hanoi project was successfully held, ensuring the project's timely delivery to the investor. The ceremony was attended by representatives of Lotte, the main contractor Lotte E&C, the supervising consultant, and Ecoba Vietnam's partners on the project. Despite numerous challenges posed by external factors such as the pandemic, material costs, and labor shortages, the Ecoba Vietnam project team has remained steadfast and committed, successfully bringing the project to completion.

Situated in a prime location with convenient access to major transportation routes, Lotte Mall Hanoi is well-connected to the western part of Hanoi. The project is one of the most anticipated developments along Vo Chi Cong Road, promising to become a vibrant shopping, entertainment, and leisure destination for residents in the area. With a total construction area of 73,409.8 m² and a significant investment of approximately USD 600 million, the project offers stunning views of West Lake, the Ciputra urban area, and the Red River.

Currently, the Lotte Mall Hanoi project is still under construction and is on track for completion in 2022. The design maximizes space and features a modern, aesthetically pleasing appearance. The extensive shopping area provides a comfortable shopping experience, while the office and rental apartment blocks are equipped with the latest amenities.

The topping-off ceremony marks a significant milestone and reaffirms our commitment to the investor. Following the ceremony, the investor and Ecoba Vietnam will continue to accelerate construction on other components of the project to ensure its timely completion.
