1. Hoang Huy Commerce Project
The Hoang Huy Commerce project is a high-end commercial and residential complex comprising three high-rise towers located at the intersection of Vo Nguyen Giap and Thien Loi streets in Hai Phong City. Currently, the project has reached the 5th floor slab construction stage. With over 10 years of experience in high-rise building and basement construction, Ecoba Vietnam is committed to ensuring the project is delivered on time and with the highest quality.
2. Lotte Mall Hanoi - Zone B (Basement and Structure Construction)
Lotte Mall Hanoi enjoys a prime location, serving as a gateway to the Western part of the city, connecting to major roads and arteries. The project offers panoramic views of West Lake to the west, the Red River to the north, and the Ciputra Hanoi urban area to the south. Ecoba is the main contractor for Lotte Mall Hanoi. The project is currently in the structural phase and is on track to meet the scheduled completion date.
3. An Lạc Green Symphony
With a total area of 67 hectares, An Lạc Green Symphony is a large-scale urban development project aimed at expanding Hanoi's capital. Ecoba Vietnam is the General Contractor for the design and construction of the C1-CT building in the Van Canh An Lac urban area. In 2021, the project successfully completed the bored pile testing and mass pile construction for the C1-CT high-rise residential building, exceeding the company's internal schedule by 15 days and the investor's schedule by 22 days. This remarkable achievement has motivated Ecoba to continue with the basement construction phase, with a strong commitment to quality and safety.
4. Hoang Huy Grand Tower
The 37-story Hoang Huy Grand Tower mixed-use building project, with a total investment of nearly VND 1,500 billion, includes 821 high-end apartments and 16 townhouses. The project is currently in the structural phase and is expected to be completed on schedule.
5. Lotte Mall Hanoi Aquarium
In this package, Ecoba Vietnam is responsible for constructing the Ocean Museum, part of the HN Lotte World Aquarium, located in the basement of Lotte Mall Hanoi. With persistent efforts, Ecoba Vietnam is moving towards the project completion phase.
7. K7 Star Lake
Developed by five Korean construction companies, with Daewoo Corporation as the investor, the Star Lake project is located in the Tây Hồ Tây urban area, Bắc Từ Liêm district, Hanoi. It is considered an ideal model of green architecture.
8. VOV Mễ Trì
VOV Mễ Trì is one of the projects aimed at realizing the Hanoi Capital Master Plan to 2030 and the vision to 2050, as approved by the Prime Minister. Located in Mễ Trì ward, Nam Từ Liêm district, the tower is built on a total land area of approximately 6.69 hectares, contributing to the synchronous and sustainable urban development.
9. Tiến Bộ Plaza
The Tiến Bộ Plaza project is a complex of 5-star hotels and serviced apartments, offices, and a shopping center. Tiến Bộ Plaza is a new, luxurious, and international-standard tourist destination in the heart of Hanoi's cultural, political, and historical center. Ecoba Vietnam is the contractor responsible for the underground structure construction of the project.
10. Golden Land 5 Hải Phòng
The project is part of the Golden Land 5 complex, which aims to renovate old and dilapidated apartment buildings in the center of Hai Phong City. Located adjacent to the HH3 and HH4 buildings, the HH1 and HH2 apartment buildings are home to hundreds of residents and surrounded by densely populated residential areas. Therefore, Ecoba Vietnam, in collaboration with the investor, has implemented modern construction methods to accelerate progress while ensuring absolute safety during construction and environmental hygiene, as required by the city.
11. Bắc Giang South Urban Area
The urban area in the south of Bắc Giang City is planned to be the new economic and political center of Bắc Giang City, with a series of administrative and economic centers located adjacent to the project, such as the People's Committee, Bắc Giang provincial sports stadium, political school, BigC, and commercial centers.
