On July 20, 2018, the launching ceremony of the package of Flamingo Cat Ba Beach Resort project takes place. The ceremony is attended by the main contractor Ecoba Vietnam, representative of the Employer - Flamingo Group Joint Stock Company, Representative of the Owner, Pros Construction and Trading Joint Stock Company, with the presence of the Project Management Unit, subcontractor providing partner, and all Ecoba staff.

Cat Ba Beach Resort is the leading 5-star resort in the North East region with class and unique architecture. The resort complex includes 3 villa towers of 16-17 floors, built with scale of 77,843m2, construction density of 13.2%. The project promises to become a top class resort of Flamingo Group.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Hoang Van Thang - Deputy Project Director - representing Ecoba Vietnam Joint Stock Company affirmed:
