On May 5, 2022, Ecoba Vietnam was honored to attend the launching ceremony of "Worker's Month" and "Operational Safety and Hygiene Month" organized by the People's Committee and the Labor Confederation of Cau Giay District. In recent years, Ecoba Vietnam has implemented activities on occupational safety and hygiene in projects such as: Establishing a system of processes, regulations, rules and guidelines on OSH, applying the contract. In charge of all projects of the company, organizing the management apparatus for OSH work at the project, assigning full-time safety workers, along with the motto that each officer is a safety officer, always raise awareness, roles and responsibilities in safety work at the project, promote propaganda activities to raise awareness of occupational safety and health for workers, arrange posters and signs for occupational safety and health widely on the construction site, organize training courses, and guidance on OSH for officials and employees at projects in accordance with the law, strengthen inspection and supervision of work occupational safety and hygiene on the construction site. Regularly remind and direct the workers. Introduce regulations and sanctions to handle violations of OSH, regularly research and innovate technology and equipment, improve working conditions and better working environment, organize competitions on occupational safety and hygiene at the projects, there are incentive rewards for workers when they comply well with the Safety work.
