2. Lotte Mall Hanoi - Zone B (Construction of basement and body structure)

Lotte Mall Hanoi building owns a prime location, is the intersection of the western lane with big and beautiful streets, is the lifeblood of Hanoi city. Surrounding the project, it is a wide view, overlooking the West Lake to the West, the North is the large Red River, from the South looking out is the villa and Ciputra Hanoi urban area located in the East of the project.

 

Ecoba is the main contractor for Lotte Mall Hanoi project. Currently, the project is in the construction phase of the body and is guaranteed to be implemented on schedule.

 

 

3. An Lac Green Symphony

With a total area of ​​67 hectares, An Lac Green Symphony is a project planned to develop and expand Hanoi capital of An Lac Investment Joint Stock Company. Accordingly, Ecoba Vietnam is the General Contractor of Design & Construction of C1-CT building, Van Canh An Lac urban area.

 

In early 2021, the project successfully completed the construction of experimental bored piles and mass piles of the C1-CT high-rise housing project, 15 days ahead of the Company's internal schedule, and 22 days ahead of schedule of the Employer. This outstanding achievement is a great motivation for Ecoba to continue to carry out the construction of the current basement and its absolute commitment to quality and safety regulations.

 

 

4. Hoang Huy Grand Tower

Hoang Huy So Dau mixed-use building project with 37 floors - Hoang Huy Grand Tower has an area of ​​1.2ha with a total investment of nearly 1,500 billion VND, includes 821 luxury apartments and 16 adjacent units. Up to now, the project is in the construction phase of the body and is expected to complete as planned.

 

 

5. Lotte Mall Hanoi Aquarium

In this package, Ecoba Vietnam builds the Ocean Museum under the Lotte World Aquarium, Basements 1,2, Lotte Mall Hanoi. With persistent efforts, Ecoba Vietnam is approaching the project completion stage.

 

 

7. K7 Star Lake

Star Lake project is formed by 5 Korean construction companies, of which Daewoo Group is the Employer. Located in Tay Ho Tay urban center, Bac Tu Liem District, Hanoi, the project is considered an ideal model of green space architecture itself.

 

 

8. VOV Me Tri

VOV Me Tri is one of the works to concretize the Master Planning on construction of Hanoi capital up to 2030 with a vision towards 2050, previously approved by the Prime Minister.

 

The tower is located in the management area of ​​Me Tri ward, Nam Tu Liem district, built with a total planned land area of ​​about 6.69 hectares, contributing to the stable and synchronous urban development.

 

As the general contractor of the project, Ecoba Vietnam is currently preparing the construction site for the project.

 

 

9. Tien Bo Plaza Project

Tien Bo Plaza project is a complex of 5-star hotel and apartment buildings, offices, and trading center. Tien Bo Plaza is a new international-class luxury tourist destination in the cultural, political and historical center of Hanoi. Accordingly, Ecoba Vietnam is the Contractor in charge of the construction of the underground structure of the Project.

10. HH1 - HH2 Golden Land 5 Hai Phong

The project is located in the Golden Land 5 project complex - belongs to the project to renovate old, degraded and dangerous apartments in the center of Hai Phong city. 2 apartment buildings HH1, HH2 are located right next to 2 apartment buildings HH3, HH4 with hundreds of households moving in and crowded residential areas around. Therefore, Ecoba Vietnam cooperates with the Employer to implement modern construction measures, both speeding up the progress, and ensuring absolute safety during the construction process as well as environmental sanitation as required by the city.
