On October 16, 2021, Ecoba Vietnam Joint Stock Company cooperated with the Employer to organize the Groundbreaking Ceremony of the basement package - Diamond Crown Plaza Complex project.

Diamond Crown Plaza complex is a key real estate project of Doji Group, first appearing in Hai Phong city. The project is considered a new symbol of the City's development. Hai Phong Diamond Crown Plaza complex project was designed by the Founder of Mercurio Design Lab (Italy), Massimo Mercurio. Hai Phong Diamond Crown Plaza complex includes a high-class apartment building and a hotel tower. In particular, the highlight of the design project is the 45-storey The Signature hotel tower with a unique design, inspired by the Vietnamese crown and lotus flower. The 39-storey apartment building is a new look, marking the development of the "Red Phoenix Flower City". Accordingly, the total construction area of ​​Hai Phong Diamond Crown Plaza project is 225,000 m2.

Ecoba Vietnam officially became the General Contractor for the basement of the Diamond Crown Plaza project in Hai Phong city, with a scale of 3 basements with a total construction area of ​​38,430 m2.
