In August 2021, Ecoba Vietnam Joint Stock Company received a notice of contractor selection results at Hoang Huy Commerce project in Hai Phong city. Accordingly, Ecoba Vietnam is the General Contractor of Phase 1 of the project.

Hoang Huy Commerce project is acted by Hoang Huy Financial Services Investment Joint Stock Company as the Employer. When completed, the project will create a spacious, civilized, modern, high-class commercial - service - apartment complex with practical and quality living environment for the city residents. The project has a construction scale of 2 mixed buildings (building H1 includes 3 tower blocks; building H2 includes 1 tower block) and an external technical infrastructure system is built on a land area with a total area of ​​more than 26 thousand m2. The project is divided into 2 phases: Phase 1 invests in building 3 common podium towers (Lotus, Camellia, Tulip) on an area of ​​more than 16.6 thousand m2 with 2,496 luxury apartments. The work has 39 floors, including: 3 basements used for parking and 36 floors above the ground (of which 3 floors are used as a trading - entertainment center; 1 refuge floor and 32 floors of apartments with 2,496 apartments). Total investment cost of phase 1 is 3,706 billion VND. Implementation period is 2021-2023. Phase 2 includes the remaining items of the Project. The total investment of the whole project is nearly 5,000 billion VND.

This project, upon completion, will make an important contribution to urban modernization; provide city people with a significant housing fund, with modern space and furniture, along with a system of services and facilities of international standards; will be one of the architectural highlights, contributing to the construction of Hai Phong urban area into a civilized and modern city.
