After a rush of construction, the HH1 - HH2 Towers of Golden land 5 Hai Phong project was topped off on July 15, 2021, ensuring the handover schedule to the city and customers. The topping-out ceremony was attended by representatives of Department of Construction of Hai Phong City, Representative of Employer - Hoang Huy Financial Group, Representative of General Contractor - Ecoba Vietnam Joint Stock Company with the presence of partners, Supervising Consultants, suppliers, subcontractors, supervisors, technicians and workers.

The topping-out ceremony was attended by representatives of Department of Construction of Hai Phong City, Representative of the Employer Hoang Huy Financial Group & Representative of General Contractor, Ecoba Vietnam.

Compliance with commitments on progress

Located in the Golden Land 5 project complex, the HH1 HH2 building is fully integrated with amenities that, when completed, will meet the needs of resettled households living in old apartment buildings in Dong Quoc Binh area and add more apartments to serve other projects in the area. The project is located on Lach Tray street - the road connecting Nguyen Binh Khiem to Nguyen Binh. It is easy to move to major utilities in Hai Phong. The topping-out event 35 days ahead of schedule has confirmed the professional project development capacity of the Employer and partners, meeting the needs of the market.

Speaking at the ceremony, the director of the project management unit - representative of the Employer shared: "Recently, Hai Phong has been making breakthroughs in all aspects, especially the construction - real estate market with strong potential. With a population of more than 2 million people and more than 70% of the population living in the inner city, in recent years, the Hai Phong real estate market is making a strong breakthrough thanks to the improvement of the transport infrastructure system and investment flows. This is one of the localities with the most synchronous infrastructure in the country. Thanks to the reasonable investment of the local authorities and the government, Hai Phong deserves to be the third largest city in the country and strives to become a special city by 2025.

Located in the center of Hai Phong city, with a great investment in the quality of facilities as well as human resources, we believe that the launch of Golden Land 5 apartment building complex includes 4 29-storey towers in Dong Quoc Binh Ward, Ngo Quyen District will be a highlight in the socio-economic development and appearance of the city.”

On the side of the construction contractor, the representative of Ecoba Vietnam Joint Stock Company also committed to making efforts to bring Golden Land 5 to the finish line on time. At the event, the representative of Ecoba Vietnam General Contractor shared his impression with the Employer's enthusiasm, always paying attention to every small detail at the project, ensuring good handover quality, balancing the interests of customers and the enterprise.

The topping-out ceremony is a testament to the progress commitments with the Employer. Right after the topping-out ceremony, the Employer and Ecoba Vietnam will continue to accelerate other construction items to soon complete the project.
