1. The Terra An Hung high-class commercial, service and apartment complex

The Terra An Hung project is located at extended Le Van Luong street, Ha Dong district, Hanoi with a scale of 30 hectares, the project is currently bringing to the thousands of high-class apartments and villas, adjacent units. The Terra An Hung project is currently in the urgent stage of completion so that it can be handed over to the Employer in September as expected. Currently, the housing and utility items of the project are being implemented synchronously.

 

- High-rise block: Construction of basement B1 of 3 towers is underway, expected to be handed over in the fourth quarter of 2021.

- Low-rise block: Preparing to complete.

 

The internal traffic routes have now been completed. A series of utilities are being completed. Because the Employer wishes to bring customers the most perfect life.

 

 

2. Lotte mall Hanoi - Zone B (construction of basement and body structure)

The location of Lotte Mall Hanoi building is located in a prime location, which is rarely seen as the intersection of the western lane of the big and beautiful streets, which is the lifeblood of Hanoi city.

 

The project is in the construction phase of the body, before that, at the end of 2020, Ecoba placed large concrete blocks for the foundation of Office B, ahead of the Employer's schedule. This is an impressive result of Ecoba Vietnam's engineers. And also, it is also the motivation to continue to implement the next items, exceed the expectations of the Employer and bring the project forward faster.

 

 

3. Tien Bo Plaza

Tien Bo Plaza project is a complex of 5-star hotel and apartment buildings, offices, and trading center. Tien Bo Plaza is a new international-class luxury tourist destination in the cultural, political and historical center of Hanoi.

 

Ecoba Vietnam is the construction contractor for the underground part of Tien Bo Plaza project.

 

 

4. An Lac Green Symphony

An Lac Green Symphony project was built on an area of ​​67ha. It is located in Van Canh Commune, Hoai Duc District, Hanoi City. The project is invested by An Lac Investment Joint Stock Company. In which, Ecoba Vietnam is General Contractor of Design & Construction of C1-CT building, Van Canh An Lac urban area.

 

As a project under the D&B package model, it requires a lot of factors in terms of resources, finance, personnel, experience, prestige to "try before you trust ", and at the beginning of 2021, the project was successfully completed forthe construction of experimental bored piles, mass piles of the C1-CT high-rise building project, 15 days ahead of the Company's internal schedule, and 22 days ahead of the Employer's schedule. This is the result and also the motivation to bring the project to completion on schedule to ensure absolute quality and safety.

 

 

5. Vinhomes Ocean Park - PK4

Vinhomes Ocean Park project in Trau Quy Town, Gia Lam District, Hanoi. This is a package under the project of Gia Lam Urban Area - Vinhomes Ocean Park, acted by Gia Lam Urban Development and Investment Company Limited as the Employer, in which Ecoba acts as General Contractor of Rough Basement Construction - Division 4 & Construction of basement foundation, rough body and basic finishing of two buildings L2 & L3.

 

Before that, Ecoba also built the project of Vinhomes Megamall Trading Center located in the Vinhomes urban complex. Therefore, undertaking the construction of Buildings L2 & L3 - PK4 this time has shown the high trust from the Employer for Ecoba. Currently, the project is in the finishing stage and will be handed over on schedule as committed to the Employer.

 

 

6. Lotte mall Hanoi – Aquarium

 Lotte Mall Hanoi will be a complex, not a trading center, for this package, Ecoba Vietnam implements construction of the ocean museum under the HN Lotte World Aquarium Basement 1,2 Lotte Mall Hanoi. Ecoba is the main contractor for Lotte Mall Hanoi project. The project is currently under construction and is expected to be handed over to the Employer in June 2021.

 

 

7. Vega City

Vega City Nha Trang is a key project of KDI Holdings Group, located at the center of the strategic Golden Triangle Tran Phu - Bai Tien - Bac Van Phong to welcome the Bac Van Phong economic zone.

 

Possessing a unique location "in the mountains, towards the sea" with cultural values ​​- Bai Tien legend and coral ecosystems near the shore, the project has a total area of ​​43.8 hectares, of which phase 1 is 15.6 ha wide, including villas, commercial townhouses, day and night entertainment - culture - art centers, the hotel is operated by the world's leading management units such as RoseWood Hotel and Resort, Melia Hotel Internationals, Accor Group. For this project, Ecoba Vietnam carried out Structural Construction for all 97 villas.

 

Started in March 2021, up to now, the project is in the construction phase of the rough part (the rough part, (foundation pit, swimming pool, rough construction) and is expected to be handed over to the Employer at the end of 2021.

 

 

8. Hoang Huy - Grand Tower - So Dau - Hai Phong

On the morning of May 26, 2021, Ecoba Vietnam Joint Stock Company, in collaboration with Employer, Hoang Huy Group, conducted the closing ceremony of the basement cover of Hoang Huy Grand Tower project - 7 days ahead of schedule, at 2A Hong Bang, So Dau ward, Hong Bang District, Hai Phong City.

 

Hoang Huy Grand Tower project commenced on August 17, 2020, with 3 basements with an area of ​​12,641 m². Ecoba applies solid basementing methods: CDM piles, pressing, kingpost, shoring. On the morning of May 26, 2021, the basement cover closing ceremony took place 7 days ahead of schedule. The basement cover closing ceremony has excellently exceeded the expectations of the Employer, Ecoba will continue to construct typical floors, which are expected to increase 4-5 floors each month to ensure the handover progress as agreed.

 

The ceremony was fully attended by representatives of the Employer, partners, suppliers, subcontractors, supervision consultants. With extensive experience in high-rise building construction - design, Ecoba Vietnam will ensure safety, quality and outstanding construction progress for the project.

 

 

9. K7 Starlake

On May 5, 2021, Ecoba Vietnam held the Groundbreaking Ceremony of K7 Starlake - Tay Ho Tay project in Tay Ho Tay urban center, Bac Tu Liem district, Hanoi, acted by Daewoo Group as the Employer.

 

The K7 - Starlake project is close to the utility area with excellent internal links, helping residents move easily and conveniently in experiencing the most luxurious facilities, with 72 adjacent apartments covering a variety of modern and elegant design utilities. The project is considered as an ideal model of architecture itself, the largest green space in Hanoi capital. For this package, Ecoba performs foundation construction, excavation and replacement of lining concrete. Currently, the project is constructing the foundation structure and the body, it is expected that in the second half of 2022, it will be completed and handed over to the Employer.

 

 

10. Hung Temple Project - Can Tho

Temple of the Hung Kings in Can Tho City is a big project with humanistic meanings and national traditions, so it is of great interest to the people of Can Tho in particular and the Mekong Delta region in general. The project has a total area of ​​​​nearly 40,000m2, with a total investment of about 130 billion VND, funded by Van Phu Invest Investment Joint Stock Company. The main items of the project such as the main temple, operating building, Nghi Mon, the stele house, the roads, yards, the trees, the lawn... The Temple of the Hung Kings in Can Tho City has reached over 90% progress and is in the sprint stage to be inaugurated on the upcoming holiday, September 2.

 

 

11. VOV Me Tri Tower

VOV Me Tri tower is a project to concretize the general construction planning of Hanoi capital to 2030 with a vision to 2050 approved by the Prime Minister. The project is built in combination with a 29-storey high-tech processing area, attached to a cluster of broadcasting and radio works of the Voice of Vietnam. The implemented project will contribute to building and connecting the common technical infrastructure system of the region, ensuring urban development in a synchronous and sustainable manner.

 

Ecoba Vietnam is the main contractor for underground construction and is expected to commence in June 2021.

 

 

12. Apartment Building HH1-HH2 Golden Land 5 HP

As of mid-June 2021, the HH1, HH2 high-rise apartment building project in Dong Quoc Binh ward, Ngo Quyen district has constructed the 14th floor of two buildings. To speed up the progress, the Employer and contractors continue to apply modern construction methods, shorten the time, associated with ensuring the quality of the work, hygiene and labor safety.

 

2 apartment buildings HH1, HH2 are located right next to 2 apartment buildings HH3, HH4 with hundreds of households moving in and crowded residential areas around. Therefore, ensuring absolute safety during the construction process, especially in the context of speeding up progress, is not a small challenge. In addition, in the process of speeding up the construction progress, in addition to ensuring traffic safety, the city requires the contractors to pay attention to ensuring environmental sanitation, so as not to adversely affect the lives and activities of households around the project.
