On the morning of May 26, 2021, Ecoba Vietnam Joint Stock Company, in collaboration with Employer Hoang Huy Group, conducted the closing ceremony of the basement cover of Hoang Huy Grand Tower project - 7 days ahead of schedule, at 2A Hong Bang, So Dau Ward, Hong Bang District, Hai Phong City.

 

 

Hoang Huy Grand Tower project commenced on August 17, 2020, with 3 basements with an area of ​​12,641 m2. Ecoba applies solid basementing methods: CDM piles, pressing, kingpost, shoring. On the morning of May 26, 2021, the basement cover closing ceremony took place 7 days ahead of schedule. The basement cover closing ceremony has excellently exceeded the expectations of the Employer, Ecoba will continue to construct typical floors, which are expected to increase 4-5 floors each month to ensure the handover progress as agreed.

 

 

The project has an area of ​​1.2ha with a total investment of nearly 1,500 billion VND, including 821 luxury apartments and 16 adjacent units. The project places a prime focus on setting the highest standards of quality for the Hoang Huy residential community in particular and Hai Phong customers in general.

 

In Hai Phong, Hoang Huy Financial Group is considered the largest real estate developer in the housing segment when implementing many projects at the same time, changing the appearance of the city. This is considered a project with the most favorable location in the city, the project is located in the center of Hong Bang district, located on the main traffic axes, especially the Nam Cau Binh intersection, which is convenient for traveling to neighboring provinces such as Quang Ninh, Thai Binh, Hai Duong, etc.

 

 

The ceremony was fully attended by representatives of the Employer, partners, suppliers, subcontractors, supervising consultants. With extensive experience in high-rise building construction - design, Ecoba Vietnam will ensure safety, quality and outstanding construction progress for the project.
