On the morning of January 8, 2021, Ecoba Vietnam Joint Stock Company held the Groundbreaking Ceremony of VOV Me Tri Tower, located on the site of Me Tri Broadcasting Station (located south of Thang Long Avenue, in the territory of Me Tri Ward, Nam Tu Liem district).

This project aims to concretize the master planning for construction of Hanoi capital by 2030 with a vision towards 2050 approved by the Prime Minister. The project is also to build and connect the common technical infrastructure system in the region to ensure the synchronous and sustainable urban development; The project has the management regulations under the planning, together with the detailed planning scheme as a basis for making construction investment projects in the form of BT contract of Radio the Voice of Vietnam, approved by the Prime Minister for the policy and is the legal basis for local authorities to manage the construction according to the planning.

VOV tower is built in combination with a 29-storey high-tech processing complex, attached to the broadcasting and radio complex of Radio the Voice of Vietnam. In addition, the greenery area of ​​the park is located in the center of the planning area, public works, social infrastructure (community houses, kindergartens) 1-3 floors in height arranged on the main traffic system.

The implemented project will contribute to building and connecting the common technical infrastructure system of the region, ensuring a synchronous and sustainable urban development. Along with that, it will create a residential land fund with commercial, service, entertainment, greenery, schools and other infrastructure projects ...; from there, contributing to improving the urban environment as well as the landscape of the capital in the green belt area of ​​the Nhue River.

At the ceremony, there were the full attendance of representatives of the Employer, partners, suppliers, subcontractors, and supervising consultants. With extensive experience in the construction of high-rise buildings - design, acting as the General Contractor of the project, Ecoba Vietnam will ensure the safety, quality and outstanding construction progress of the project.
