Following the guidance of the Labor Code on ensuring the health of employees, with the attention of the company's leaders, on the morning of September 1, 2020, Ecoba Vietnam collaborated with the Thanh Chan International General Clinics to organize the periodic health checks in 2020 for employees of 4 companies: Ecoba Vietnam Joint Stock Company, Ecoba Environmental Technology Co., Ltd., Ecoba Electrical Engineering Co., Ltd., Ecoba Renewable Energy Solution Joint Stock Company - EGE.

Ecoba has collaborated with the experienced medical doctor of Thanh Chan General Clinics to develop a reasonable and complete periodic check-up package with scientific procedures from clinical examination to specialized tests, image diagnosis, functional exploration,... ensure the most accurate and effective diagnosis.

In addition, Ecoba also arranged and allocated the most convenient health check for all employees at the projects. The periodic health examination for employees is carried out annually by the Company to check the health of employees. This is also the basis for the company to assess the impact of the working environment on employees' health, from which a work placement plan is appropriate for each individual, improves the working environment and contributes to implementing the policy of taking care of the life of employees of Ecoba.
