With the aim of being able to control the system, evaluate employees & measure the efficiency of each individual in the enterprise, from there towards building discipline in the enterprise & accomplishing common goals. For a long time, Ecoba Vietnam has built a clear KPI system for each employee in each position. That ensures each employee can identify his or her job, have a job orientation and complete the assigned work.

 

From the results brought from the KPI, in addition to evaluating the progress and performance achieved by the enterprise, the KPI system also clearly shows outstanding individuals meeting KPI expectations. As a way to recognize and motivate employees, Ecoba has rewarded the efforts of excellent individuals.

 

I always try to complete the assigned tasks well, especially since the company applies the KPI assessment, I see clearly my work to strive, so most of the periods have passed. If a few periods have declined and then increased, it should be considered as an achievement”- Mr. Duong Phuong Nam - Logistics Department who has been with the company for 3 years shared. It can be seen that, when a working goal is clearly defined has a lot to do with the results achieved, and Mr Nam also shared: “I myself always aim to try to complete the work better every day. After learning more about the scorecards, goals and strategies of the department, I set the criteria to focus on, improve the quality of work and the results showed KPI scores”. With a high sense of responsibility for thework, right after applying the KPI system, Mr. Nam himself has studied more carefully to achieve his work efficiency, in the right direction with the general strategy of the department. Thanks to that sense of responsibility, he himself gave 3.75 KPI points of 3rd quarter of 2019.

 

 

"I have a goal to improve KPI results, because I set goals from the beginning, so I have determined to be disciplined with myself, responsible for work to meet my expectations". By confident in his determination, in addition, he also made a self-assessment: “The first thing is that the enjoyment of work will give us inspiration to work. After that, I need to maintain my efforts, try, be eager to learn to improve every day. WithDiscipline - Responsibility & perfectionism, I always want to refine every work done as best as possible.

 

With his own efforts, the Discipline & Responsibility for the work has brought Mr. Nam a good performance with the KPI score maintained at the level of the assessment period. For anyone, the virtue of Discipline - Responsibility will be the premise for good achievements, personal improvement and more value in life.
