Communication Program “Regulation on Reward and Treatment of Violations”

2019 is a year with many changes of the Ecoba Company, with the staff scale of more than 700 employees in offices and projects across the country. With the rapid increase in personnel, it requires the management processes as well as the discipline, the high responsibility of each employee contributing to the overall development of the company.

After finding out and researching each process with each department, project, Inspection Department has created  new "Regulations on reward - treatment of violations". Mr. Nguyen Minh Trung – the Head of Inspection Department has shared: “This new set of Regulations has significant improvements compared to the old set of Reward and Discipline Regulations, built in detail based on the characteristics of the construction industry and is more in line with the scale of human resources as at present in Ecoba as well as by the orientation of the Board of Directors

 

 

On January 7, 2020, the Internal Control Department, in conjunction with the Department of Administration and Human Resources, officially issued a new set of Regulations on Reward and treatment of violations. After promulgating a new set of regulations, immediately the Inspection Department and the Communications Department combined to communicate with the departments and projects through seminars and workshops. It was also an opportunity to discuss and share the directions of the Company when creating a new set of regulations, and also, answer questions of employees and give practical examples in conformity with each department to make each employee better understand their responsibilities.

 

 

 

 

The new set of Regulations on Reward and treatment of violations clearly defines the scope and responsibilities of each employee in the departments and projects. From there, each employee will realize the strengths to promote, be motivated to overcome weaknesses and build a productive and disciplined collective. The regulations also set out the definitions of discipline, responsibility, prestige, professionalism, etc. that are clear and consistent with the company's culture and orientation.

 

 

After the sharing, the employees participated in a test to test the level of understanding of the new Regulations, and provided feedback and suggestions on the Seminar to improve the organization of communication programs and training programs more effective. Ecoba expects that these new regulations will serve as a guideline for all employees to follow and improve themselves to contribute to the overall development of the company in the future.
