This project was invested with an amount of $441 million, with total area of 550.000 m2 and there will be 2.000 workers to work in this factory. This factory will be used to produce construction material such as: door frames, window frames, corridor…which all made by aluminium or plastic.This is the project which has the bighest investment amount of Lixil Global Cooperation in Vietnam and its also the bigest project of Japan in Dong Nai province.
