The program was organized across the Company’s active construction sites and projects, contributing to employee motivation and helping workers feel secure and encouraged as they prepared to celebrate Tet.
Enhancing Tet Care for Workers
In the days leading up to the Lunar New Year, as the festive atmosphere spread across construction sites, workers were also preparing to conclude a year of dedicated effort and return home to reunite with their families. During this period, many businesses organized Tet welfare activities for employees, helping strengthen morale and foster stronger connections with the workforce.
With this spirit, Ecoba Vietnam implemented the program “Tet Appreciation – Thank You to the Hands That Build Spring” across its ongoing projects and construction sites. Through the program, nearly 2,000 Tet gifts were presented to workers and on-site laborers as a meaningful gesture of appreciation ahead of the New Year.

Every completed project is the result of the responsibility, dedication, and tireless efforts of the workforce, regardless of challenging weather conditions. Beyond providing encouragement during Tet, the appreciation program also reflects the Company’s care and long-term commitment to supporting workers during the Lunar New Year season.

A representative of Ecoba Vietnam shared: “Workers are the core force behind the quality and progress of every construction project. Previously, on February 3, 2026, Ecoba Vietnam organized the Ecoba Construction Workforce Congress 2026 to review construction activities over the past year, while recognizing and honoring outstanding construction teams for their achievements. The event was also one of the Company’s appreciation activities held ahead of the Lunar New Year, reflecting Ecoba’s care and continued support for its workforce.
The strong sense of responsibility and persistent dedication of workers has been a key foundation enabling Ecoba Vietnam to successfully deliver numerous projects over the past year, including Riviera Residences & Resort Cam Ranh, Masteri Trinity Southern Square, Sun Urban City, Moonlight 2 – An Lac Green Symphony, and Monbay Ha Long.
In addition, Ecoba has also gained recognition within the construction industry through rankings such as VNR500 – Top 500 Largest Enterprises in Vietnam, and Top 10 Reputable Building Contractors, further affirming the important role of the workforce in the Company’s development journey.
