SIGNING CEREMONY FOR CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT PACKAGE IN HA LONG CITY

Recently, the signing ceremony for the construction contract package of the Apartment, Service, Commercial, and Office complex, part of the modern urban area project located east of Cap Be Islet, Hong Hai Ward, Ha Long City, took place in Quang Ninh. Monbay TV Investment Development Joint Stock Company is the Project Owner, and Ecoba Vietnam Joint Stock Company is the General Contractor for the project.

The project is situated in one of the most central areas of Ha Long City. This unique location offers future residents direct views of the Quang Ninh Museum, the World Natural Heritage Ha Long Bay, and the annual fireworks festival. The area features a fully planned, modern, and integrated infrastructure system, attracting millions of tourists each year. As such, the project is considered a prime and strategic development site with high potential. The project has a total floor area of 10,115 m2, with a construction scale of 28 floors and 3 basements.
