Monbay Ha Long Project
Boasting a prime location right on the shores of Ha Long Bay—a World Natural Heritage site—the project features a scale of 28 above-ground floors and 3 basements, covering a land area of 10,115m2, with a total floor area of up to 156,528.5m2. It is set to become a modern architectural landmark and one of the most vibrant commercial centers in the region. The project not only contributes to creating a modern, integrated new urban area but also unlocks opportunities for socio-economic development in Ha Long City and Quang Ninh Province. It will provide an ideal living experience, harmoniously combining convenience, commerce, services, and offices, serving an elite resident communityand attracting strategic investors.
Current Status: The project is currently executing basement structure construction. Ecoba Vietnam is the General Contractor.
Northern Square – Dream City Project
The Northern Square High-Rise Residential Area project has a total construction floor area of 184,104m2, comprising 3 towers, each featuring 2 basements, 27 above-ground floors, and a rooftop utility floor. The project enjoys a strategic location, approximately 37 km northwest of Hung Yen City and just a 15-minute drive from central Hanoi via the Vinh Tuy Bridge. From this location, residents can easily connect to other key areas in West Hanoi via the Thanh Tri Bridge, and link up with high-tech zones in Hung Yen, Bac Ninh, Thai Nguyen, Hai Phong, and Hai Duong provinces via major expressways. Notably, the planned Metro Line 8, which will run close to the urban area, combined with the planned Ring Road 3.5 crossing the Red River via the Ngoc Hoi Bridge, will facilitate convenient connectivity between the Vinhomes Dream City Urban Area and the Ha Dong area. The project is expected to become the core of the Eastern Gateway of Hanoi Capital.

Sun Urban City Ha Nam Project
Situated in a favorable location, just 50 km from Hanoi (a drive of less than 60 minutes) with convenient transport infrastructure, this complex project opens new avenues for development for Phu Ly City. Upon completion, the complex is expected to pioneer the formation of a “New City.” This large-scale project will also provide impetus for Ha Nam to realize its goal of achieving an urbanization rate exceeding 60% across the province by 2030, with the service sector accounting for 26% of the economic structure, as approved by the Prime Minister.

Aeon Mall Ha Long Project
This is the first Aeon Mall shopping center in the heritage city of Ha Long and the fourth Aeon Mall in Northern Vietnam. The brand has brought a new definition of the hypermarket to the domestic retail market. Its large scale, diverse services and amenities, methodical investment in infrastructure, and meticulous design have made AEON Mall a favorite among consumers.

Bich Son New Residential Area – Bac Giang Project
Bich Son New Residential Area is a prominent real estate project in Bich Dong Ward, Viet Yen Town, Bac Giang Province.
