Job description:

– Participate in establishing and controlling the project quality management system.

– Receive collected information related to quality defects during the warranty period to propose process improvements if gaps are identified.

– Control the quality documentation system and material records at the project to ensure they are properly established, approved, and updated in a timely manner.

– Identify and control project quality risks to minimize defect costs and cash flow risks.

– Perform other tasks as assigned by the department head/section head.

Requirements:

– University degree in Construction, Architecture, or related technical fields

– Experience as QAQC Team Leader or Supervision Consultant in civil/industrial projects with foreign elements.

– Knowledge of legal systems related to construction quality management, etc.
