- LG Innotek Hai Phong Factory Project
The LG Innotek Hai Phong Factory Project, implemented by LG Innotek Vietnam Hai Phong Co., Ltd. in the Trang Due Industrial Zone, was granted its Investment Registration Certificate (IRC) by the Industrial Zone Management Authority in 2016. The factory officially commenced operation in September 2017.
2. Nitori Furniture Factory No. 3 Project
The Nitori Furniture Factory No. 3 is an industrial project with capital investment from Japan exceeding 1,000 billion VND (approximately 40 million USD). The project is being constructed on a land area of approximately 100,000 square meters (m2), comprising the following components:
- Main Workshop/Factory (2 storeys): Used for the production of sofas, mattresses, non-woven fabric production lines, warehousing, and offices.
- Urethane Workshop (1 storey): Used for the production of urethane foam.
Securing this project presents an opportunity for Ecoba to further reaffirm its capacity and reputation in executing large-scale projects with stringent requirements regarding quality and schedule.
