Job description:

– Take full responsibility for all construction activities at assigned projects, ensuring smooth execution and high efficiency;

– Coordinate directly with the company’s functional departments, investors, subcontractors, and suppliers to resolve project-related issues;

– Participate in developing detailed construction schedules and lead on-site implementation to ensure safety, quality, environmental sanitation, and adherence to approved timelines;

– Represent the company in maintaining and enhancing its image and reputation with investors and subcontractors through professional and effective project management and execution;

– Assign tasks, manage, and supervise all personnel under direct responsibility;

– Perform other tasks as assigned by the Board of Directors.

Requirements:

– Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil and Industrial Construction or related technical fields;

– At least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager / Site Manager;

– Preference given to candidates with experience in similar environments or foreign-invested projects;

– Proficient in office software and construction-related technical applications;

– Strong communication and English skills for professional discussions and problem-solving;

– Excellent project management and coordination skills.
