Job description:

– Prepare, review, and submit documentation for interim and final payment settlements (A/B contracts) as assigned;

– Monitor and control material consumption and wastage;

– Report on project budget implementation and propose budget adjustments when necessary;

– Supervise and consolidate reports on contract execution quantities.

Candidate requirements:

– Bachelor’s degree or higher in Construction, Construction Economics, or related fields;
– Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position in high-rise civil construction projects;
– In-depth knowledge of settlement procedures and construction contract types; proficient in relevant professional software;
– Strong skills in planning and budget control.
