Job description:

– Develop plans and execute procurement packages.

– Provide quotations/framework agreements with suppliers/subcontractors to support bidding activities.

– Procure materials and subcontracted services; update project procurement schedules.

– Plan and manage long-term supply resources.

– Evaluate suppliers, subcontractors, and construction teams; handle feedback and complaints from suppliers.

– Establish and control budgets and cash flow (prepare advance payment, settlement, and liquidation documents for suppliers).

Job requirements:

– Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Commerce, Foreign Trade, Electrical-Mechanical Engineering, or related fields;
– Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position;
– Strong negotiation and supplier persuasion skills;
– Excellent problem-solving, planning, and execution abilities;
– Hardworking, proactive, and good communication skills;
– English proficiency is an advantage.
