Job description:

– Manage, operate, and maintain the entire IT system, including servers, workstations, and network infrastructure, to ensure smooth and stable performance.

– Handle IT-related tasks such as installing and configuring computer devices (PCs, servers, switches, storage units, etc.).

– Receive, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues related to servers, workstations, printers, photocopiers, etc., and provide timely support to users.

– Administer the Microsoft 365 system and provide user support and training.

– Monitor and inspect the entire IT system to detect potential risks and implement preventive and corrective measures.

– Perform regular company data backups.

– Participate in IT project implementation teams.

– Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Candidate requirements:

– College or University degree in Information Technology.

– Experience: Priority given to candidates with experience or knowledge in cloud system administration, Office 365, etc.

– Other requirements:

+ Honest, dynamic, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented.

+ Good analytical thinking, self-learning ability, and adaptability to new technologies.

+ Able to work under pressure.

+ Strong teamwork skills.

+ IT-related certifications are an advantage.
