IT Specialist
Job description:
– Guide and support users in using software and technology devices; answer inquiries and troubleshoot basic technical issues.
– Develop applications to digitalize company workflows on the MS365 platform (Power Automate, Power Apps).
– Research, develop, and manage data on the MS365 platform (SharePoint).
– Monitor and maintain the organization’s computer and network systems, including software installation and updates, security management, data backup and recovery, and system performance checks.
– Perform other tasks as assigned by the department head.
Candidate Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Electronics and Telecommunications.
– At least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
– Knowledge of SQL, data management, and Microsoft enterprise application platforms.
– Having a PL-300 or DP-900 certification is an advantage.
