HUMAN OF ECOBA: Commending the “Ecoba Employee with Responsibility Awareness & Dedication”

As an enterprise that is in the process of transformation and development, Ecoba always focuses on product quality and continuously introduces programs and topics to reinforce skills and knowledge for the engineering team. Going deeper into professional issues for the worker workforce – those who directly work at construction sites – Ecoba has built the QC Talk program, which has been implemented since July 2021 up to now.

QC Talk is a program created with the purpose of conveying output product quality requirements to workers directly executing construction on site, identifying and remedying defects appearing on construction sites that affect construction quality, thereby improving professional qualifications, meticulousness in each construction task, improving the quality of construction works, and minimizing construction errors on site to the maximum extent. This is a program that is highly emphasized; therefore, Ecoba has actively implemented it and closely evaluated the effectiveness of its organization on a weekly basis.

After one quarter of implementation, the Engineering & Quality Department conducted evaluation and awarded Mr. Nguyen Phuong Dong – the person in charge of the QC Talk program at the Golden Land 5 Hai Phong project – the “Ecoba Employee with Responsibility Awareness & Dedication” award for his compliance with weekly QC Talk implementation, which was highly evaluated in terms of effectiveness. This evaluation was based on image reports and inspections and acceptance of project products with the investor’s consultant to assess the output quality of construction products.

“I also realize the importance of the program and from that I myself place greater emphasis on my personal responsibility. Before each QC Talk session, there is always a detailed plan for the content and how to convey it in an easy-to-understand and easy-to-listen manner. And perhaps because people see my dedication to the program, the workers also listen more,” Mr. Dong shared.
