JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. Guide and support construction projects in establishing and maintaining the Occupational Safety – Fire Prevention – Environmental Management System/Plan in compliance with legal regulations and company policies.

2. Provide guidance and control over legal documentation related to Occupational Safety – Fire Prevention – Environment at project sites.

3. Participate in developing procedures, templates, training, and communication materials to support safety management activities.

4. Organize or coordinate internal training and communication sessions on HSE and Fire Prevention for project teams.

5. Conduct regular and ad-hoc inspections and guidance at projects, including:
· Assessing the current HSE–Fire Prevention–Environmental status and identifying hazards/risks.
· Evaluating compliance with legal and company requirements, identifying non-conformities.
· Proposing corrective, preventive, and improvement measures and monitoring their timely implementation.

6. Recommend disciplinary actions for safety violations according to company regulations.

7. Prepare and submit periodic (monthly/quarterly) reports to management.

8. Participate in accident and incident investigations: collect information, analyze root causes, and propose preventive measures.

9. Propose system, process, and template improvements to enhance the efficiency of HSE – Fire Prevention – Environmental management.

10. Perform other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Construction, or a related field.

2. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar position in the construction industry, with on-site safety supervision, reporting, and risk/hazard assessment experience.

3. Strong communication, planning, and control skills.

4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic English communication for work.

5. Preference given to candidates with ISO 45001 or ISO 14001 certification or training.
