Job description:

• Directly participate in inspection and compile acceptance criteria.

• Take part in acceptance of key works such as waterproofing and exterior painting.

• Evaluate the quality of inspection and acceptance works at the project.

• Prepare defect lists, request the project team to provide repair plans, inspect after repairs, compile reports, and summarize lessons learned.

• Develop quality training plans and conduct quality training at the project

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil and Industrial Construction Engineering or related technical fields.

• Minimum of 2 years of on-site or supervision consulting experience; candidates with experience in Grade I civil projects or foreign-invested projects are preferred.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and specialized engineering software.

• Responsible, enthusiastic, and proactive.

• English communication skills are an advantage
