The 2026 Annual Health Check-up Program was organized to enable employees to proactively monitor and assess their health, while also reflecting the Company’s commitment to the people who contribute every day to building sustainable values.

The annual health check-up is more than a regular employee benefit. It is also an opportunity for each employee to take time to care for themselves, identify potential health concerns at an early stage, and develop healthy habits for long-term well-being.
For those working in the construction industry, particularly employees who spend much of their time on project sites, physical and mental well-being provides an essential foundation for maintaining productivity, safety and quality at work.
Through this program, Ecoba hopes to encourage every employee to take a more proactive approach to their health, so that every working day can begin with greater peace of mind and every contribution can be supported by a stronger foundation.
