Ecoba Continuously Rewards Employees with Outstanding Achievements

In recent years, Ecoba Vietnam has consistently maintained reward activities to recognize achievements and encourage the spirit of its employees, always upholding the values of discipline and responsibility while building a civilized and creative working environment. In November, Ecoba continuously presented awards to individuals and teams who demonstrated high performance and strong responsibility in their work.

Security management at construction sites has always been a top priority to prevent losses for the company. With a high sense of responsibility, Mr. Nguyen Viet Hung – HSE Supervisor at the Hoang Huy Commerce Project – cooperated with the security team to apprehend a suspect involved in theft at the project, contributing to ensuring site security and protecting company assets. This act demonstrated his integrity and dedication to his work and the company. He was honored with the award “Responsible and Dedicated Ecoba Member.”

Also in November, Ecoba presented the award “Pioneering and Innovative Ecoba Member” to Mr. Mai Huy Khoi – Procurement Department. With his enthusiasm and creativity, he proposed a breakthrough policy solution for the aluminum-glass procurement package at the project, helping reduce costs for both the company and the project.
