Project Update

Vietcombank Digitalization Center Project is one of the bank’s key developments, focusing on modernizing operational processes and services through digital technology. The project aims to enhance customer experience while optimizing the bank’s operational efficiency.

The Vietcombank Digitalization Center and Document Storage Facility combined with a Cultural and Sports Complex in Bac Ninh is located at Nga 6 Intersection, Dai Phuc Ward, Bac Ninh City, Bac Ninh Province. The project covers a total land area of 9,197.7 m², with a building footprint of 1,000 m² and a total gross floor area of more than 9,770 m². The 10-storey building rises to a height of 39 meters.

The development is expected to modernize Vietcombank’s operational systems, including data management, customer services, and internal processes, thereby improving operational performance and customer experience.
