Project Update

The Parc Régent project is a premium residential tower located within ParkCity Hanoi — one of the leading model urban developments in western Hanoi. The project is developed by Vietnam International Township Development Joint Stock Company, a member of Perdana ParkCity. This is the highest-end development segment undertaken by the Developer to date.

The project officially broke ground on March 24, 2026, with Ecoba Vietnam serving as the main contractor.
