Project Update

Located in a prime position, the project is approximately 37 km northwest of Hung Yen City and only a 15-minute drive from central Hanoi via Vinh Tuy Bridge. From this strategic location, residents can easily connect to key western districts of Hanoi through Thanh Tri Bridge, as well as major high-tech and industrial hubs in Hung Yen, Bac Ninh, Thai Nguyen, Hai Phong, and Hai Duong via the region’s main expressway network.

Notably, in the near future, Metro Line No. 8 is planned to run adjacent to the township, while the Ring Road 3.5 expansion and Ngoc Hoi Bridge across the Red River will further enhance connectivity between Vinhomes Dream City and Ha Dong District. With these major infrastructure developments, the project is expected to become a new focal point at the eastern gateway of Hanoi.
