Job description:

– Monitor and control the construction process of assigned items (structural or finishing works);

– Supervise subcontractors in executing construction contracts, ensuring progress, quality, and safety;

– Coordinate and communicate with relevant parties (investor, supervision consultant, subcontractors, work teams, etc.) to resolve on-site issues;

– Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors.

Requirements:

– College degree or higher in Civil and Industrial Construction or related technical fields;

– Ability to read and understand construction drawings;

– Good coordination and task management skills;

– No experience required.
