JOB DESCRIPTION: 

1. Provide technical solutions to support customer consultation, bidding activities, and persuade clients on optimizing construction machinery and equipment usage.

2. Prepare and control technical documentation for bidding, construction methods, and propose appropriate equipment.

3. Collect requirements, control design quality, issue and manage design modifications to optimize cost and schedule.

4. TImplement and provide operational optimization advice for machinery at construction sites.

5. Evaluate and select suppliers/subcontractors to ensure technical quality and equipment service supply.

6. Research and develop new construction technologies, materials, and standardize construction operations.

7. Perform other tasks as assigned by the department manager.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Construction Machinery, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical fields.
2. At least 5 years of experience in the construction machinery field.
3. Solid understanding of mechanical and construction equipment.
4. Good command of technical English and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
5. Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
