In the context where the construction industry is facing labor shortages and increasingly high requirements for schedule and quality, the application of precast construction technology has become an inevitable trend. On January 20, 2026, the project completed the assembly of 5-storey adjacent shophouse units, marking an important technical milestone in the process of implementing precast technology for low-rise housing. Although applying new technology with many difficulties and challenges for both the project technical team and the workforce who were accessing this technology for the first time, the project still achieved the progress of completing one unit within 12 days.
