At the announcement ceremony of the Top 10 Most Reputable Contractors in 2026 organized by Vietnam Report, Ecoba Vietnam continued to affirm its position by being included in the ranking for seven consecutive years and advancing to 5th place. This achievement not only reflects increasingly strong construction capabilities but also demonstrates the growing reputation of Ecoba Vietnam in the market.
The ranking by Vietnam Report is developed through an independent research methodology, combining key criteria such as financial capacity, media reputation, and stakeholder evaluations. It serves as a comprehensive benchmark, assessing the competitiveness of contractors amid the construction industry’s ongoing transformation toward standardization and higher quality requirements.
Being recognized in the Top 10 Most Reputable Contractors is not only an acknowledgment of Ecoba Vietnam’s efforts and achievements, but also holds strategic significance for its long-term development orientation. This distinction serves as a validation of the Company’s construction capability, governance quality, and brand credibility, thereby strengthening the confidence of investors and partners, particularly in large-scale and high-end projects.

Strong Internal Strengths Creating Competitive Advantage
From its early establishment, Ecoba Vietnam has defined that sustainable development cannot rely solely on expansion in scale, but must be built upon a solid foundation of internal strength. Guided by this direction, the company has focused on optimizing its capabilities across three key pillars: human resources, technology, and operations. The synchronized development of these pillars enables Ecoba to enhance project execution efficiency while creating a strong competitive advantage in the market.
Ecoba identifies its site management team as the key link that determines construction quality and execution efficiency. The company has implemented internal training programs combining soft skills, technical expertise, and on-site training. As a result, site engineers and managers are not only technically competent but also strengthened in risk management, subcontractor coordination, and handling on-site issues.
In parallel with internal training, Ecoba has also strengthened international cooperation to improve workforce quality. The company collaborates with Haseko Corporation—one of Japan’s leading construction and real estate developers—to develop the VHPS standards and establish a Quality Improvement Committee with personnel from both sides. Haseko also conducts training activities, quality supervision, and improvement proposals, helping Ecoba engineers closely control critical processes and select appropriate materials to minimize risks.

Recent Years: Technology as a Key Driver of Operational Efficiency
In recent years, the application of science and technology has been regarded as a key lever enabling Ecoba Vietnam to enhance operational efficiency. The company has focused on investing in specialized software development and deploying an ERP system to synchronize control, organization, and management processes. As a result, operational workflows have become seamlessly connected, reducing processing time by 3 to 5 times compared to previous methods.
In particular, the SAP S/4HANA system is utilized to monitor costs, materials, and cash flow in real time, enhancing transparency in management. In addition, Ecoba has expanded the use of digital platforms in management and operations to digitalize processes, strengthen data connectivity, and improve control efficiency. This comprehensive investment in technology infrastructure not only optimizes design, quantity control, and schedule risk forecasting but also enhances transparency and operational effectiveness across the entire system.
With the simultaneous execution of multiple large-scale projects, Ecoba identifies process standardization as the foundation for all improvements. Accordingly, the company has restructured and developed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for each construction phase, enabling the replication of experience across projects, ensuring consistent quality, optimizing material supply chains, and shortening construction timelines.
Thanks to these efforts, Ecoba continues to strengthen trust with investors and has been selected as the general contractor for many large-scale, high-end projects such as Parc Régent ParkCity Hanoi, the Dream City urban complex including Masteri Trinity Southern Square and CT6, Phase 2 of Hinode Royal Park, Monbay Ha Long, and Moonlight 2 An Lac Green Symphony.
Green Solutions Towards Net Zero in Construction
In the context of the growing demand for green buildings and Net Zero targets, construction companies are facing increasing pressure to transform their approach from design to execution. Ecoba Vietnam addresses sustainability challenges by implementing integrated technical and technological solutions aimed at optimizing operations and minimizing environmental impact throughout the entire project lifecycle.
According to Ecoba representatives, the company integrates sustainable solutions from the design stage, particularly in Design & Build (D&B) packages. Ecoba advises investors on selecting energy-efficient materials such as Low-E glass and ALC panels with thermal insulation properties, while optimizing structural design to reduce cement and steel consumption.
During construction, various technical solutions are applied to reduce emissions, including the use of reusable formwork instead of traditional timber formwork, optimized concrete mixes with fly ash and blast furnace slag, and strict steel management to minimize waste.
“We follow the principle of doing things right from the beginning to reduce errors and avoid rework, thereby minimizing waste and unnecessary emissions. In addition, Ecoba prioritizes low-emission materials, adopts prefabricated construction methods, uses energy-efficient equipment, and optimizes transportation to reduce fuel consumption,” shared Mr. Nguyen Duy Quy, Technical Director of Ecoba.
In addition, environmental management at construction sites is also emphasized through waste segregation at source, energy-efficient lighting systems, and construction practices designed to minimize environmental impact. “The integration of solutions from design, materials, construction, and operation helps us move closer to the Net Zero goal while improving efficiency and sustainability value for each project,” added Mr. Hoang Van Thang, Deputy General Director.
The advancement to 5th place in the Top 10 Most Reputable Contractors not only reinforces Ecoba’s growing position and credibility in the market but also creates a foundation for further market expansion, stronger competitiveness, and the attraction of high-quality talent.
In the coming period, Ecoba continues to place quality at the core of all operations. The company is oriented toward deeper technical development, optimized governance, and gradual adoption of ESG standards, aiming for sustainable growth and long-term value creation for the construction industry.
