Asset Supervisor
Job description:
– Supervise project equipment supplied by company-owned sources;
– Liquidate materials;
-Supervise project equipment sourced from company projects under three-party payment guarantee agreements and from subcontractors/ self-supplied teams;
– Perform other tasks as assigned and directed by the Manager.
Requirements:
– Graduate from College level or higher in Construction Engineering, Construction Machinery, Economics or related majors;
– Have 1 – 3 years of relevant experience in the Construction industry;
– Have knowledge of the construction materials market and laws related to the construction field.
